I did not experience any side effects such as nausea or rash while taking these vitamins, which were all intact and not stuck together. It's unnecessary to consume vitamins every day throughout the year; two or three courses annually suffice. It’s quite convenient to take one or two capsules daily. My husband, who followed the recommended dosage and took one capsule a day, felt the beneficial effects after a few weeks. To maximise the benefits, it’s advisable to combine vitamin intake with food and avoid taking them on an empty stomach.

This supplement can be very harmful to health. It was the worst I've ever tried. A single capsule left an unpleasant aftertaste for days, making it impossible to eat or drink. If taken as directed, two capsules just intensify this horrible taste. Moreover, I experienced bloating, discomfort, and an awful sensation that my digestion had halted. After consuming it, I retained water excessively and barely urinated, which was baffling. I believe these vitamins are a dreadful concoction; based on my extensive experience with supplements, I can confidently say this one is dangerous. I disposed of it as my health is more valuable than these few pounds.
